2. Click on “Join a Meeting” located in the top right of the page.
3. Enter the specific MEETING ID for your class and click “JOIN!”.
4. When a POP UP BOX appears, cancel it.
5. Click on “Join from Your Browser”. DO NOT click “LAUNCH MEETING”.
6. Enter your Full Complete Legal Name (or Company name if a Group) in the box and click “JOIN!”.
7. Enter the PASSCODE in the box and click “JOIN”. This will put you directly into the meeting.

You can LOG IN to the class at any time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM Central Time. Please log in before 7:30 AM to ensure a smooth start to the training. Support is available online from 7:00 AM until class starting time.

Do I need to install the Zoom application?
No, you do not. Please use the “Join from Your Browser” option to avoid installing anything on your computer.
When should I log in?
You can log in any time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM Central Time. We highly recommend logging in before 7:30 AM to ensure you are ready when the training begins.
What if I am part of a group?
If you are attending as a group, you can enter your Company name in the name box when joining the meeting.
Who do I contact if I have problems?
If you encounter any problems, please call 432-770-0407.
Are there hands-on training sessions?
Yes, hands-on training is scheduled for May 29, 2026, in Odessa, Texas, with an overflow day on June 1, 2026, if needed.

Go to www.zoom.us, click on Join a Meeting (top right of page) Enter MEETING ID, click “JOIN”!
Cancel the “POP UP BOX”, click on “Join from Your Browser” (“DO NOT click “LAUNCH MEETING”)
