• To ensure the proper functioning of your milk system, daily maintenance is required. This article outlines the steps for cleaning the milk system of a Jura X 10.

1. Using inappropriate detergents can damage the machine and leave residues in the water. We offer Jura and SOLUTE milk system cleaning detergents in our online store.
2. For cleaning, use the container provided.
3. At the end of the day, if your Cool Control still contains milk, we recommend placing the metal container in the fridge overnight. This is a tip from our supplier Bodart to prevent the milk from freezing. When the container is in the fridge, you can turn off the Cool Control.

1. Clean the milk system• is displayed in the cockpit
2. Press the red text for Q seconds
3. The cleaning start screen appears: press the red square
4. Duration and advice are displayed: press “Next in the top right-hand corner
5. Add milk system cleaner  is displayed
6. The screen asks you to  connect the milk pipe
7. Take the milk cleaning container (supplied with your Jura machine)
8. Add the dosing unit of milk system cleaner to the rear part of the container
9. T Remove the milk pipe from the milk container or milk cooler
10. Place the container under the dual spout
11. Connect the milk pipe to the container

13. The screen displays the cleaning progress
14. The container fills automatically during cleaning
15. Reconnect the pipe to the  original milk container and empty the container

For cleaning the milk system:

1. The home screen will indicate in red that the milk system needs cleaning.
2. Click on this message at the top of the screen.
3. The cleaning start screen appears: press the red square.
4. The duration and advice are displayed: press “Next”.
5. The message “Add milk system detergent” appears.
6. The screen asks you to connect the milk tube.
7. Take the dedicated container for cleaning the milk system.
8. Add one dose of detergent to this container by pressing once.
9. Disconnect the milk tube from the container or the milk cooler.
10. Place the container under the hot water spout and fine foam nozzle.
11. Connect the milk tube to the container with the detergent.

13. The screen will show the cleaning progress.
14. The container will automatically fill during the cleaning process.
15. Once finished, reconnect the tube to the milk container and empty the tray.
