To turn on for the first time, remove the protective cap on the ring‘s charging connector (3) and then insert the ring back into the charging case. Then charge the charging box with the ring inside to full battery capacity.

Put the ring on your chosen finger. For more accurate measurements, we recommend wearing the ring on your index finger, but it is very important that the ring fits comfortably and does not interfere with your daily use.
While wearing, the sensors should be facing downwards (closer to the palm, as shown in the picture below).

CONNECTION WITH THE NICEBOY ONE APP

(FOR BIOMETRIC DATA MEASUREMENT)

1. Download the Niceboy ONE app to your mobile phone (Android 10 and later and iOS 8.2 and later). The app is only available for mobile phones. Then follow  the instructions:

3. If the ring is turned off, place it in the charging case.
4. Launch the Niceboy ONE app and follow the on-screen instructions (select Niceboy ONE Ultra from the devices offered).
5. Confirm the connection in the app.

CONNECTION WITH THE NICEBOY PAY APPLICATION (FOR PAYMENT CARD TOKENIZATION)

   • If you have already created an account, log in using your email address and password.
   • If you do not have an account, click on “Create account”. Then enter your email and choose a password. Then click on register. The app will then allow you to log in to your account.
4. If you have a protective cover on your phone, please temporarily remove it before starting tokenization.
5. Now you just need to add your wearable device. Click on “Add device”. Then, place your device near your phone‘s NFC chip (for iPhones, the NFC chip is usually on the top of the phone, see Figure 1. For Android devices, it is most often located on the top of the phone, see Figure 2. The exact location of your phone‘s NFC chip may vary on different devices. To find out the exact location of your phone‘s NFC chip, contact your phone manufacturer).

7. To add a card, first enter the card number, then its expiration date and CVV code. After filling in, you must confirm the conditions by clicking „confirm and continue“. Then you must tokenize the card to the device. You can achieve this by placing the device again near the NFC chip of your phone. If you are unable to complete the tokenization, you will need to place the device closer to the NFC chip. Then, you just need to authorize the card with the verification code via SMS and complete the activation.

ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക! When tokenizing the card to the device with your phone, limit movement. Several unsuccessful activations in a row can lead to locking the device.

• If you paired the ring with the application, there was a repeated interruption when adding the card and the ring is now unresponsive, it is very likely that it has been locked for security reasons.
• Unblocking the ring is very simple and can be done via the Niceboy Pay application. Just go to the „Help“ tab (in the lower right corner), then select „Device“ and then „My wearable device is not responding“. Select “Unlock device” and confirm “Continue”. Now place the ring on your NFC chip on your phone. Keep the ring near the chip until the application informs you that it is unlocked.
• Keep in mind that when tokenizing the card into the ring, the phone cover should be removed and the ring should not be moved.
• If you want to remove the card, click “Remove card”.

PAYING WITH A PAYMENT RING

How to pay with a payment ring correctly?

1. Clench your hand into a fist
2. Place the ring on the contactless logo on the terminal with the flat side of the ring (the antenna is located on the flat side of the ring), as shown in the picture.
3. Hold the ring approximately 1-3 cm from the terminal until you hear a beep or until information and payment completion appear on the terminal display.

COMMON MISTAKES WHEN PAYING WITH A RING

1. Do not place the rounded side of the ring against the terminal. The antenna is located on the flat side of the ring.
2. Don‘t rush with the ring. Always wait until the terminal displays information about a successful transaction.

RETURN OF GOODS WITHIN 14 DAYS

In the event of returning the device within 14 days or when making a complaint about the goods, the customer is obliged to remove the payment card from their device. If they do not do so, the manufacturer is not responsible for any damage incurred.
In the event of mechanical damage by the customer, the complaint cannot be accepted (scratches, dents, other visible damage).
